Keya was awesome!

We had a last-minute stay, and Keya at check-in was super friendly. She made sure everything was good for us. The room had a nice kitchenette, which was handy. One downside was the shower pressure—it could definitely use some boost. Overall, her service stood out, and we appreciated that.

The room felt more like a cozy apartment with a great kitchen and a comfy recliner, which was such a nice surprise! It was perfect for relaxing after a day out, especially with BBQ facilities available. The only downside was a slight smell that lingered, but it certainly didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

The kitchen supplies were well-kept, which made cooking meals easy during my stay. I also appreciated the multiple grassy areas perfect for relaxing, especially with my dog. The pool was inviting and a nice way to unwind after busy days. Although the breakfast options could be better, the overall experience was pleasant.

A stay with unexpected roaches

Had a great time with friends visiting Islands of Adventure! We enjoyed the roller coasters and shows. The room was spacious enough for all of us, and the location is super convenient. The pool was nice and relaxing after a day out. Just a heads up, breakfast options are limited, but we made do with snacks we brought.

One downside was the check-in experience. there wasn’t much help or explanation of the facilities. We almost missed breakfast since it was a grab-and-go situation. It would be nice to have clearer communication about what to expect.

I stayed in a Deluxe Studio with One King Bed. The room was decent, but cleanliness wasn't great. There were stains on some chairs and the shower tiles had a bit of grime. The bed was comfy enough though, and the kitchen supplies were handy. Just wished it was cleaner overall.

A Comfortable Family Retreat

We had a wonderful stay! The staff, especially Hailey, made us feel welcome right away. The room's kitchen was a big plus for family meals, and the refreshing pool was a hit with the kids after our outings. Don't miss the nearby restaurants for quick bites!

The room was in poor condition with dirty carpets, and there was no hot water during my stay. Despite contacting the front desk about the issue, it took hours for anyone to respond. I felt extremely uncomfortable and frustrated, as these issues made my stay very unpleasant.
